most people with B4's only use 1 or 2 different colours as there is a standard set up that works for most tracks. But the pistons on the madrat shocks are completely different so the springs may not be the correct strength for the madrat at all.

Are you asking or telling me, this doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

I know what id do, sell the Madrat and buy a second hand B4 with a spring set.

Tyres, forget full spikes unless is wet through. Go for Schumacher yellow minispikes in the dry and green minispikes if its damp.

any springs will do for bashing, the kit ones seem fine. Rear is a little stiff with kit piston and 30wt oil. 20wt would probably be better.

why don;t you ask one of the guys who have a ProX buggy? they will have those shocks and may have already tried the B4 springs.

Id still sell the Madrat for a B4

Sorry fella, i have no clue as to whether the Associated springs will fit those. Ive never seen any !

Either move it on for a car that you know is a good one ( i have seen used decent B4`s for £60 on here ) or do as Jim suggests.

Thats the way of the world fella. Rc cars are a bad investment.

Get the right tyres, use some lighter oil as Jim suggested and practice driving whilst you save for a better car.
