Am I right in thinking that the 5.5 sensored motor they've just released isn't brca legal, despite the design being the same as those that are, as 5.5 isn't on the brca list?

Anyone know if it will be submitted or who would know?

You don't submit the wind just the desing and specs

According to the latest information I have the 5.5t is not yet legal.

The only caviat I would put on that is the last update of the homoligation list was early June. I will contact the electric board and confirm if any updates are due.
