Race in UK???

Hello all

I race my B44 here in Greece in the National championship but there are only five races for the year and I was wondering what is the easiest way to come and race at an event in the UK?

I know my way around London since I was a student there sometime ago but it would be convinient if the event was close to one of the major airports. Indoor or outdoor would be nice too!

The reason I am asking is because I have no idea whether I should try club racing there or something else...what do you guys think???

The UK season is coming to a close, the outdoor national and Regional series that is. Many clubs hold a winter series starting in oct or nov. There is also plenty of indoor racing throughout the winter, 2 big meetings will be the Petit race and the Players race. The two closest clubs to London airports are Eden Park, http://www.edenparkraceway.com/ and Stotfold, http://www.stotfoldmcc.co.uk/ .

Proline Dirt Arena is only 40 mins from Heathrow in Door on Clay.

So no matter what the weather you can race, plus your set up will work.

There is the King of Dirt on Nov 1st plus there is the winter Nats.

I know about the Petit meeting but the dates are not good for me....I can't seem to find anything for the Players event...when and where will it take place?
