Beware Ebay phone helpine

A lot of people on here have problems with ebay from time to time. Whatever you do , do not use their phone help line . I recently had to raise a dispute over an undelivered item. Filling in the forms it said why not give ebay a call to resolve the matter faster.
Ok sounds fine, but they dont tell you you are paying 66 pence per min.
They ask you to repeat everything and then spell it back to you in alpha delta fashion nice and slow. All time and money to them. She then even asked me to hold while she asked her manager for his opinion, that took about 2 mins.
Net result 13.03 mins cost me £8.59
Just fill in the forms.
