Default Which Tekin for a Cat SX

Looking at selling my LRP Sphere TC for a Tekin R1 / RS etc. and looking to run no lower than a 6.5 in a Cat SX LIPO PB

Motor will be a Losi 7.5 until I change that for a Tekin or LRP

Thoughts?

get an RS Pro dude, you won't regret it, if you can stretch, get the hotwire too, or if there is someone close to you, butter them up and get them to update your RS Pro to the latest firmware!

That's what I thought got an RS Pro in my Losi XXCR and already got a hot wire

What's the difference between the R1 and RS, which is the higher spec?

the R1 and RS Pro, both have the same amount of fets, and handle the same amount of power, the R1 is sensorless and brushed, the RS Pro, is sensored, sensorless and brushed.

Been offered a RS (non Pro) for my LRP Sphere TC, will the RS be OK in a Cat SX?

I'm running a 7.5T Losi in the Cat SX

If you do swap, put the RS in the 2wd, and the Pro in the 4wd.

That is crossing my mind, but equally it'd be nice for two Pro versions.

Think I'll go for it.

Thinking about it the standard RS should be fine in my XXCR so I think it'll be a go

Just got to shift electrics around and re-solder things
