Default Recommend me a brushless ESC

After trying my hardest to hold on to the retro rc dream of brushed racing, my speedo decided to blow on Sunday.

So, what brushless esc should I go for?

Time isn't exactly of the escence either as Im racing at the national on Saturday

Hmmmm I only ever seem to hear bad stories about Mtroniks and speedos. Have you had any experience, or know of anyone who has, of these speedos mate?

Novak GTB for me, everytime... 5t BL limit and unlimited for brushed if you just can't bear to part with that monster stock...

I used 'em in the Xray and the B4 with every gearing set-up in the book with no probs whatsoever (touch wood..!) and would recommend them to anyone..

Magic Smoke also appears from Nosrams, LRP's and Tekin's as I have seem them all go. The only make I have not seen go is Speed Passion!

TBH, if you gear correctly, allow room for airflow inside the shell, and NEVER run in wet conditions, you will be fine.

Stick with a big name you are comfortable with, and have previous experience of. The only thing I have heard bad about, is the Orion speedo's (although that mainly concerns warranty repairs, just what I read on here), not from personal experience.
