Question Losi Xcelorin LOSB9500 problem

Help!

Trying to set-up my Xcelorin speedo with packaged 6.5 Losi sensored motor - have followed the instructions several times to calibrate to transmitter and I do have steering BUT just cannot get throttle....only thing which gives throttle is if I manually spin the motor pinion by hand then it revs up to full rpm, braking on the tx stops it then full brake gives full throttle again....very strange and annoying.

I have tried 3 different sensor leads, which I know work, so have ruled that out.

Is this a sensor issue with the motor or could it be the ESC?

I have another 6.5 motor and another brushless speedo so will try mixing and matching to fault find but before I switch on the soldering iron has anyone got any bright ideas?

Thanks,

Dan

Yes, must be something wrong as even when tx is at neutral the motor will spin up to full rpm if given a manual turn by hand......
