Default Sanwa RX-311 receiver wire 40mhz

Hi all

I bought a secondhand Sanwa RX-311 receiver and it looks like someone has cut down the aerial wire for what ever reason so not sure if it will give a good reception at distance or will work properly.

If anyone is using this receiver with the original length aerial wire could they measure it for me as will be very much appreciated as will get some new wire and replace the old length.

I'm using the 40mhz version and think they did a 27mhz as well so not sure if the same aerial lengths.

Many thanks John

Hi Jono

Many thanks for quick reply I'll get some wire and change it over as weren't sure how it might affect the reception.

All the best John
