Depends on how you like your car i use:
either
25 Rear , 35 Front
or 30Rear 35Front

Hope This Helps

just run what the instructions told you. if you don't like the way it's running just ask the people your running with. i'm pretty sure someone will tell you. and, if your bold and get a bunch of different answers try one til you like one.

dont run what the kit says its for USA tracks and dosnt work

30 REAR
35 FRONT

is what all the uk team drivers start with

they may go up or down 5w to tune the the car

but you cant go wrong with 30- 35 blue front ,spring silver rear, number 2 pisons in the front , number 1 in the rear

the kits first setup is always a good starting point, no matter where you run the car. you get an idea of where to go from there.

4wdlover stop posting cr@p about a car you have obviously never owned and driven on uk tracks. The b4 has had thousands of hours uk testing and the team have come up with a basic standard setup that works well for uk tracks, and that should be the setup to start with. The kit setup for the b4 is orientated to low grip us dirt tracks that require fundimental diferences to our tracks ie springs n damping way too soft for our grip levels it simply does not work on high grip ae even mention that the kit setup is designed for dirt!

milzy has put up the fundimental shock settings for the uk
these were used by most uk drivers inc craggy pidge and bradders to name but a few! recently things are changing a little so as to improve still further a lipo car with no balast. but stick to milzy's advice and you WILL have a balanced car that works really well!

lmao, what/who/where the fuck is this? "...thousands of hours of uk testing". where in the fuck did you get that from? you do know that their setup is basically our U.S. setup as the foundation, right? and what kind of tracks are you referring too? when you said that the team has a basic standard setup that "WORKS WELL"? are you ALL running in grass? i don't think so.

i think i know a thing or two about the b4 when i race it here in california, along with my other rigs. or maybe your right, i don't know shit and drive the rig around with my tongue out the side. by the way we don't just have low grip tracks as you stated. do your fucking homework, fucking wanker, we have all types of tracks that could easily be matched to one of your tracks/grass fields in the uk.

you're the kind of fucking idiot i see at tracks giving bad advice to some poor kid and fucking up the poor kids rig. only to see it and not talk to the kid again. so please shut the fuck up and let the kid choose what he feels is right.

and cleary your the type of person we see online swearing and going off the boil when there is no need. really why should we give you the time of day when you cant reply with out saying F every to seconds to a guy whos raced for years and dose know what hes talking about

where did he get his info from- most prob from the Uk team as Neil Cragg ( 2005 world 2wd champ) is in his region and also post his set ups online on the cml website

the grip levels you have in the US are way diffrent to what we get over hear in the uk- we dont run the same super soft tyres as you- and dont have the megga jumps you do or the hot weather it all plays a part- Travis came over one year and didnt do to well as he wasnt used to the grip level

holesnty if you came over and ran your set up you would find it didnt work- im asure you knwo what your doing but honesty it would be way to soft.

really the set up i posted is the UK teams starting set up - yes when they race in the USA they will run a diffrent set up- but on every uk track they WILL start with that shock oil set up

as all uk tracks are grass or astor - the only one dirt track is the PDA
and it is a new club just srated by Worlds A finalist uk team drive Lee Martin

next time you go off the boil mate
maybe YOU sohuld do your home work first

Ha ha, lmao. and i repeat again LMAO..

To publicly boast about knowing a thing or 3 about the B4, basically says your a typical racer, who's got all the gear and constantly gets ripped by 5 year olds..... I at least hold my hand up and admit it.

Steve pro racing, is a sponsored driver, who has support from the likes of Tamiya and Schumacher, He at the moment, is actually working for Schumacher as part of a dedicated team to get the most out of the cat sx.

Thousands of hours, yep the B4 in the Uk has probably had zillions of hours of setups in the Uk. This very forum allows Uk and International racers to compare setups and the is often frequented By F1 ( most are on here ) Uk grade drivers who race all over the globe.

Maybe you need to vent your frustration elsewhere ..

my appologies to the kids or anyone else that was affended by my choice of words. but when you have an idiot come in and comment on something because it didn't sit right with them, well, that's how you have to comment to get them to shut the f*&K up.

what cracks me up is two idiots coming to the defense of the originator of all this mess, and steveNOracing thanks them. why? what even blows my mind more is that he's "sponsored"? i hope someone from a manufactuer comes in and sees their so-called driver commenting and starting bullshit over...basically something small. boy you guys over in the pond have some different rules with your "sponsored" drivers and the way they act. over here you would never see such a thing, much less a driver like this idiot.

so, for the sake of the poor kid still waiting for a oil shock decision i'm going to leave this thread. thanks to steveNOracing for fouling it up.

steveNOracing if you have nads to take this to my PM, i'll be more than happy to welcome it.

Sod the pm, just come over and give us all a laugh at a race meeting on one of our 'english fields'. Bring some shock oil (that's 35wt and 30wt) and some blue and silver springs - if you have room in your luggage alongside that ego your carrying around
