i run the 2123 Ko in mine. torque, fast, reliable, metal gears. got it off ebay for about £30

what speedo do you run? some speedos give out a very weak BEC, so be careful if you get one of the powerful 6v servos as it may not operate at full speed/power.

Jim76 i run a Novak GTB brushless system has anyone had any problems with them? I have 2 bluebird high torque servos in my MBX5 and for the money i think they are great just didn't know what they were like for high speed servos

I was thinking of a KO but there's that many of the i just didn't know which one to get for indoor 1/10 EP racing

i'm not 100% sure on the brushless, although i'm hoping to get a gtb in a few weeks too.

a friend had an issue with his LRP brushless and KO servo (not sure of model) that when he floored it, the steering momentarily went a bit sluggish because the motor was drawing all the current. i don't think this was specifically due to the LRP, more that the servo was one of the real torquey ones that needed decent power.

It was me that Jim mentions above.

The KO 2173 works fine. (in the car right now

But i did have some problems with poor bec current leaving my servo underpowered when using newer servo's mostly high speed digital 6v ones which would leave the steering unresponsive from a standing start.

This was not the cause of my problem at cml when my car banzied off the wall of death, this was because the servo plug popped out of the receiver
