Posting News on an rc portal?

Hey, hope this is ok jimmy if not you can delete this post.

Im in the process of setting up an rc portal, my aim is to get it full of rc news, reviews and articles. However at the moment my main problem is copyright for the news, i understand that i will have to ask permission to publish reviews and articles but i don't know what to do about the news, Ive seen news being posted on forums almost everywhere, so i was just wondering if anyone knew what would be best for me to do, do i try emailing the major company's or do i do what other forums are doing and just provide a link to where i took the info from?

look for rc site that send out rss feeds you caz n use them free im sure cml do that
even jimmy pumps out rss feeds
