zx5 chassis strengthener

heard about these thin plates that fit under front gearbox and steering posts.anybody got a clue whos doing these?thanks jez.

They were talking about them on RC Tech in the Kyosho Electric buggy thread a couple of weeks back (maybe more).

TBH I've not had a problem on the FS so far and I've had some pretty big air (can anyone say PLAYERS ?).

not had any problems either but theres a certain muppet at batley broke his sp a while back so i think he wants to make it bomb proof.tbh i think hes pushing too hard seeing as i am getting closer to his rear bumper.lol.anyway fabs thanks for your help.jez.

doing a swap for the x11 jez , if it was new it would have been off you

Here is a link and pic of that chassis brace......looks nice. I broke my FS right through the middle of that area coming up short on a triple one too many times on a race night (about a 20ft gap) Might get me one "just for insurance"
