Try the CSC stuff from Fibre Lyte. It's as cheap as f/glass and is just as easy to cut and drill.

wear a mask when you cut and work with the stuff...
Cree said once that its nasty stuff, once it goes in, it proberbly wont come out, nice CF lined lungs for life.... nice
