The official blurb on getting an entry is (shamelessly ripped from the entry form):

The basic qualification for BRCA Members in ALL BRCA REGIONS is to qualify in the Top 15* of the class you wish to enter – there MAY be additional places available, depending upon other regions not taking up their full allocation. IF YOU THINK YOU WILL QUALIFY IN THE TOP FIFTEEN, OR WISH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ANY POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL PLACES, THE FIFTEEN MAY BECOME MORE, PLEASE COMPLETE/SEND THE ENTRY FORM, BUT KEEP THE INFORMATION SHEET.

However, we usually get the chance to fill up any available extra places, so this is how I will play it:

If you qualify in the top 15 in each class, and want to go to the meeting, you are guaranteed a place BUT I STILL NEED A COMPLETED ENTRY FORM FROM YOU.
Any extra places or top 15 places not used up, will be given out in a first come, first served basis.

So this means if you want to race, I need your entry ASAP. The quicker you get it to me the more chance you have of getting a place if you are out of the top 15.

Now the serious bit. I WILL NOT ACCEPT AN ENTRY WITHOUT PAYMENT!!!! People paying on the day have caused lots of trouble in the past. I’m sorry but, no payment, no entry.

RIght, this is how it is guys, these are the ONLY people from the North East that currently have an entry for the Indoor Finals.

If you are not on this list you do not have an entry with me.

If you want an entry I need your entry form and cheque ASAP!
