Default Losi xcelorin wires

Would shortening the motor and battery wires on my xcelorin combo void the warranty

Im probably going to be running 6.5 in my xx4 and 7.5/8.5 in my xxx. A 5.5 Losi motor will go like a 4.5 with lipos.
