Bosscat sport differential issues

I am trying to repair a bosscat sport, on the strip down the tri lock diff plastic supports are broken so no pressure on the diff rings. Seen some posts on upgrade to a works diff but can't find any info on either. Can you let me know what options I have, rather not put a xls unit in the car.
