Default xx-4 and xxx-4

I was wondering are these cars interchangeable? I have read that the xx-4 is a better buggy than the xxx-4. is this true? Thanks

I have a XX4 and love it. The suspension on the XX4 is supposed to be better on bumpy surfaces and therefore the XXX4 is better on smother tracks. As far as I know there are not too many parts that will swap over. Hope this helps

I don't know what you mean by interchangable?

They have some common parts but are fundamentally different in terms of concept and desgn, hence their different handling traits!

I belive there are very few parts that fit both cars the Shocks i belive are the same wheel nuts a few screws and maybe some other parts but i would go for the XX-4 any day its a great car and with todays Cells and motors its as good as anything out there you could say it came before its time , People worry about the 3 belts not being efficiant enough but like i said with todays motors ect a 12 year old design is still winning at a high level..........

Hope this makes sence .............

All of the UK Losi drivers will be using the XX4 and the spares backup is fine. Helger have everything for the car in stock, so it would be down to you LHS to get them for you.

brian speaks true - parts are easily available for the XX4. Should you struggle with the u.k., there is always the u.s.a. to get your stuff from. I use losipartshouse.com and stuff arrives between 6/9 days later at around 1/2 the cost!
