Default Stripping shells

Hi All

I've recently got a new (well 2nd hand) buggy, and one of the shells is partly stripped, but I want to finish the job and repaint it in my racing colours.

what do people use to strip the lexan paint? (for referance the car has been pretty much stripped and all of the decals on the outside are still intact).

Cheers
