Music help on I phone??

Hi Guys, I have a new lap top and want to transfer my music from my I phone on to the i tunes I have down loaded onto the lap top, I have plugged in the I phone but it wont let me transfer the songs back to the I tunes??

Any one got an idea how to do it? BTW im not a computor whizz so if you can explain it in a easy way that would help!

Thanks Southwell, The software works great! very easy to use, got all my tunes off my i phone and now on the laptop, glad about that as if i lose my phone all music will go with it!

I don't have itunes in front of me now but I think you just click 'file' then 'transfer purchases to itunes' and it will copy new content from the phone to the itunes library.
