Default Sparking??? Help needed

Hi I've just fitted a new engine in my b6 I'm just calibrating everything but this motor goes off like a sparkaler sparkling like mad when the throttle is pressed

What's the crack there then?

Thanks Dan
Sorted thanks

Make sure there's no solder bridging the motor connectors or shorting out against the motor can.

I would try it anymore in case you blow you esc but where did it spark from? Was it the motor wire connections or could you see it inside the motor can though the vent holes?

I'm assuming it's a brushless motor and not the brushes sparking in a brushed motor
