may not be finalised, though did state end of Jan 2009 for submission, but there could be a late comer that has extended the date

Clarity would help, in theory that is "the list", with no more to appear, does it say anywhere that Lipo is separate?

To be fair the cut off date for submission was 31st Jan. My guess is that Paul has had several lots of LiPos delivered over the last week and being the type of man he is will not cut corners, rightly so. If that means that it takes a few weeks for him to do all the necessary work required to produce the list that is how long it will take!

I am 100% sure Paul won't delay things any more than necessary, be patient.

All that said I know my cells (and the one's I've arranged to buy) are legal for next year so am breathing a big sigh of relief at that news.

Sorry, I'm sure your right and Paul is doing all he can, don't mean to criticise him personally, it's just potentially confusing, we don't actually know that isn't the final/only list!

GP3300 are not legal for BRCA 2009 National series of any kind. Note the word Nationals

APPROVED BATTERY LIST, Jan. 2009.

Only cells detailed below are approved for BRCA National Events in 2009.
should imagine they are still OK for regional level as they are on the 2007 list. 2008 list has gone AWOL

actualy, if they are in a stick pack, with a manufacturers wrap on it, any cell is legal up to 3700mAh
