Orion r10.1 cooling fan issues

HI all
not sure if anyone has had the same issue but the cooling fan on my R10.1pro esc has stopped, I assumed that the fan was faulty so I removed it and fitted a fan from an R10 pro but still nothing.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
