Is Sunday's (27th Nov) meeting for club members only, do you have book in advance and are foam tyres suitable?

This Sunday is round 3 of the winter series. Pre booking is required and I think the event is still full??
Tyres are controlled at the Winter series, it is the Schumacher darts.
