I've said it a million times already, but I'm gonna say it again - I'm no expert (!) but aren't all fet servo's quick anyway?

I use the new PDS-2363 ICS servos from KO in all of my cars.
There 6v so theres no need for a fet wire, and they are just as quick, 2123- 7.2v with extra fet wire=0.7sec speed, 2363-6v 0.8sec

He's seen the light Matt LOL.

I have a 2363 and an airtronics digital servo and the KO is miles better, its as fast as could want and feels so much more positive than the airtronics in both 2 and 4wd

Tut tut brian, 0.7 sec and 0.8 sec, that's an eternity?

I think you'll find it's 2123 = 0.06 and 2363 = 0.08

http://www.kopropo.com/servos.htm

I've enjoyed 2123's for many years and actually prefer them being 7.2V as it takes the power supply worries away from the speedo and receiver.

Also as an aside I've heard nothing but good things (including this morning in a shop) about the Sanwa ERG servos, that is irronically enough except from Craig (body paint) who I believe has heard from Brian (tyreman) they aren't to his liking

Don't get me wrong I do still have both of my Airtronics 94360 servos in my cars from last year, and they are great servos, but in my new cars for this year I'll be running the new KO PDS-2363 ICS servos, the specs are the same, but the KO servos are going to be utilised more with my new radio.

Looks like everyone posting here has expensive tastes ! The servo's mentioned cost over a Ton !

Personally I like the HiTec range. Theres quite a few digital high speed / high torque, coreless servos to choose from around the £50-£60 mark and I have found them to be totally reliable and very quick. Personally I think paying more than that gets you very little for the extra outlay.
