I had to leave the RC scene to bring up my kids but now in a position to take it up again but it's been a long time since I had my B3 and a lot has changed.

Looking at getting a B5m to get started again but was wondering about 3/4 speed boxes.... Didn't know electric had gears now too......

No unfortunately they arent as you thought.
There are 2 versions of gearbox.
One with 3 internal gears and one with 4.
