Default Battery Building

Hi

Does anyone know of a shop or company that can build my cell for me. I have bought some new 4300 and i need them building i would do them myself but last time i tried to build cells with my new iron we had a little diagrement and there was a bit of a coffufel. I used to be able to build them with my old iron but this iron has a bigger tip and it uses alot of solder.

Normaly the places you buy them from offer a building service, how many packs are you talking about though?

If you are realy stuck, then you can send them this way, with money to cover return postage and a couple of quid for me hassle (electricity bill) but it would probably work out to be a tad expensive.

The cells were from me at Stormforce Racing but as I told Ash, I dont have all the equipment (ie big hot iron) to make a great job of soldering them. I only do things for other people if I am 100% certain they will like the result. As Yoda said "do or do not, there is no try".

At work we make around $10 million of battery packs a year but they are all resistance welded together, not soldered. When i tell people at work that we "RC" people 'solder' battery packs together they think i am joking (and mad).. so its not a thing i want to practice in the lab at work...
