Stubborn Email

got one stuck in Microsoft Outlook that doesn't want to send, won't delete etc

sent date keeps changing each time I open email program

How do I remove it?

Try turning off the internet then opening the client.

Email client, i.e. Outlook.

Or choose work offline from the file menu.

thought it might be that but wanted to check

all sorted, email now deleted

Goodo, all it was, was that you exceeded your maximum attachment file size with your email service.
