Orca VX3 help

I'm trying to calibrate my Esc but started to do it the wrong way ie full throttle rather than full break first, so turned it off to start again and it won't go into calibration mode. As there's no buttons on the Esc is there any other way to do this?

If you have done it the wrong way round surly you hold forward while turning on??
