Is there a standard size/thread for 10th scale ESC fan screws?

I've taken the screws out of my Orion ESC...they fit the G-Force for which I need the screws, but are definitely a 1.5 hex driver? (M2 I think?)

Would M2.5 have the same same thread fitment?
