Default Unreliable binding of DX3S?

I have a weird situation with a dx3s not always automatically attaching to its RX.
Is happened a few times when the RX is switched on before the TX.
I'm new to spekky, so was wondering whether anyone has had this issue?
Thank you.

I have a DX2s for cars and a DX6 for boats and have never had a rebidding problem. Sometimes it has taken a couple of attempts to bind initially, but after that, no problems. Obviously, you should always switch receiver on last and off first. Having said that, the DX6 has a fail safe that allows switching receiver on first on boats.!
Does it rebind ok if you switch off and then switch on in correct sequence..?

Have you tried re binding the Tx and Rx to each other? Scroll through the Tx menu to Bind, insert Bind plug into Rx, select Bind on Tx, wait for solid orange light on Rx, remove Bind plug.
