Chassis has less flex and motor moved forward and new front and rear centre shafts.. Suitable I guess for high grip and developed for the worlds at Yatabe??

Interesting that they have moved the motor forward as I recently had the chance to compare my Rudebits DB4 to a ZX6. The biggest thing of note was that the motor was around 10mm forward on my DB4 compared with the ZX6.

Can anyone tell me if the Front and Rear Stiffener parts LAW52 & LAW53 listed above are new optional parts or just new spares just made available and same as in the kit?

It has the advantage that if you get a sudden shower you can pop them off to regain the natural flex of the stock chassis. In the example shown below I only have one at each end as I didn't have any turnbuckles long enough to link the slipper housing with the main part of the rear gearbox but ultimately I think you need two at each end to stop it from twisting as well.

Is that front shock top protector available as an option or did you make it yourself, I could do with one of those. |

It's a home-made item, if I remember rightly I used the front part of a RudeBits R1 wing (the vertical portion you normally cut off and throw away).
