A 13A ESC should only be for a micro 1/18th scale or so, people even use 35A ESC's in micro's but with a 13t motor you would be fine in 1/10th.
What cars are you talking about and what motor have you set aside for the other model?
You can pick up 35A Ezrun esc's for around £26in the UK

never heard of a 13a esc before...be carefull as newer esc`s have a lipo cutoff built inside to stop them discharging too far and catching fire!!

you'll need a 35 amp minimum for the t2 on 13 turn, the 18 amp is only really any good for 1/18 scale as said above, if its the ezrun speedo's you are looking at then the 18 is weak, 35 however is very good and is what i use at club (xray t4, 13 turn, 35A esc)
