New ball diff kf

As above my new ball diff seems quite tight , it's new from schumacher will it already be set as per instructions and just needs bedding in ?

I got two for my K1 aero this week and seemed the same. But run them last night at Cullingworth and they are so smooth and free now. I wouldn't worry to much just run it

They did throw some grease out! So maybe over packed a little and thats why they feel tight.

Yeah Ian they should be fine. Once you have done a run they will loosen up.
