Can someone tell me who i have to contact as to find out where my name decals are i ordered as i have sent a few emails and havent had any reply.

You will need to contact Jimmy the admin on here i am sure he will get it sorted out for you I know Jimmy has not been very well recently and has had health issuse so this could be the reason for delay

I wouldn't bother messaging - you wont get a reply.

I had a reply off Vicky via email a few weeks ago saying that they will be with me soon but still nothing.

Jimmy has given up decals due to hid computer systems being hacked..all explained in the thread..
However, that does not explain his failure to reply to your email... I'm surprised..
