HAS ANY BODY TRIED TO FIT THE REAR ARMS ON A B44 THE OPOSITE WAY,THEN FIT THE SHOCKS ON THE REAR ON THE MOUNT AND ARMS.I WILL FIT BUT MAKES THE CAR 8MM SHORTER?

in making the car shorter it will also move the weight back a little. may well be good on a tight lower grip track.... you could modify the rear hubs quite easily to allow the installation of a spacer in front of them, should be able to get a few mm back that way. my 2wd that uses a good few b44 components on the rear end just used the wishbones as normal, but with a hole drilled in the back for the shock

To do the same thing a lot of people fit b5m rear arms and hubs to get the same effect, see it all the time on a Facebook group called AE wheelers

I tried to swap wishbones round but my drive shafts kept falling out,was gonna try some longer shafts but maybe I'll just drill wishbones or change to b5 ones
