In order to clarify what appears to be a misunderstanding in regards to classes of R/C cars at these meetings, NERCR would like to advise:-
  • The series so far is set-up for 1/10 TC On-Carpet. No other class has turned up
  • Any classes are welcome, bearing in mind......
  • Surface is carpet
  • Markings are rope
  • There is limited time - currently between rounds & before finals & between finals there are 20 min gaps - so more heats can be run.
  • It might prove impossible to combine another class into a fully formatted series if the numbers were very large, but 20 additional drivers in a single class would not be out of the question, to at least get some track time in even if finals proved difficult to fit in.
If anyone is interested - please use the NERCR forum http://z6.invisionfree.com/nercr/ind...opic=878&st=0& to ask questions

Thanks for the photos Mike & Bill.

It's a shame that the track never looks at it's best in close up - looks much better from up on the rostrum! You don't see all the chipped paint and cracked wheelarches from there either!
