Default Kyosho Ultima Mk1 rebuild

Hi guys,

After some years, I finally found a Kyosho Ultima mk1 to rebuild .. err in fact I've got two Ultimas !! LOL .. Many years searching, and now I have 2 ..
Well, the objective here was to make a shelf queen, but ready to run at any time..

After some work, polishing aluminum parts, researching some new and retro parts, waiting for them to arrive, here it is.. It's not to the level of some artwork we find on this forum, but still pleasant to rebuild and admire..

Here is the chassi, after some work..

Now with the new parts
Pargu wheels, carbon fiber upper deck (Mci racing), 3D printing collar shocks, new original arms, etc..

Vintage electronics
Radio Futaba Attack-R
ESC Futaba MC210BC
Mabuchi 540 motor (original)

Good old pager size receiver (LOL)

And finally, with my first real R/C Radio Futaba Attack-R.. I think it's almost 28 years old.

Hope you enjoy

Regards
Luis Fidalgo From Portugal

Hi Ryan,

no, these Ultimas I bought them here in Portugal. Yes I did contact you, but you sold the MK1 to another mate.
