Default Schumacher castle to hex wheel adaptors

For anyone running their Cat / Procat / Bosscat / Topcat / Cougar / Cougar 2 on a regular basis, I have designed a wheel adaptor to allow readily / economically available, modern 2.2" hex drive rims to be fitted. 2 part adaptors are available in a range of pleasing colours and hex depths.

See link below for shapeways store (you wiil need 4 adaptors),

https://www.shapeways.com/shops/3DJF

Due to limitations of production process, a minor post-manufacture mod is required to bore of adaptor - see website for details, along with recommended screw lengths.

Items have been tested extensively on and off-road without issue, pulling wheelies on tarmac on my 8.5t cougar and enduring gravel tracks that would make you cringe - I am satisfied they are robust.

Should you wish to order a set, be careful when measuring hex depth in wheel - they are not necessarily the same front and rear. If in doubt, select deeper hex to avoid binding.

This project was initially undertaken for my own satisfaction, but having encountered difficulty in the past sourcing suitable rims, I thought it might be of benefit to other owners of these fabulous buggies.

Thank you for your interest.

You make these now after I sold all my hex wheels about a month ago They look a very good idea if you run a selection if buggys and I take it the price is for a set of 4 ?

And I like the way you mount your roll bar do you find it still affective ?

Anti roll bar was working OK until I lost a link at the Revival, so had to remove it for later rounds.

Price is each.
