14mm hex on 22? and lowering spring

I thought I never say that for buggy but I want a lowering spring for 22 for rear to make arm more level. is there a such thing my rear shocks is fully wound up.

And is there 14mm hex adaptors for 22 ?

May be not the way but I cut 3mm of the shock ball stud plastic part at the bottom so the spring retainer will go lower and then the car will be lower.
