Default 3VC battery and charger question

Hi

Got a futaba 3vc radio but it's missing a battery and a charger. The manual ain't great, any ideas what I need to get it going?

a 3 cell lipo around 2300mah. it'll last for weeks between charges and you just charge it up with your normal lipo charger.

Haven't got a lipo charger mate this is all old stuff I'm pulling out my dad's garage

Does it need to be a certain type of connector tho

You'd select the Futaba connector option.

I also use lipo, but if you havn't got the charger, then that'll be no good to you. A 2500 Nimh like the link is going to give ample transmitter on time anyhow.
