Default wire gauge and deans connectors

hi all so after having found out I have a fluff esc I decided to go larger. only thing now is the wireing.on mine it was 14awg but the new esc is 12awg. so now my motor bannanas are 3mm and the new ones re 4mm. the wires from the motor are stating 600v but are very thin compared to the 12awg. second q is that the 12awg to battery leads .can I use deans or will they be too small?

Deans should be fine, as should the 14 AWG, unless you are really running a monster of an ESC/Motor in a heavy car.
