Default Help futaba 3gr

Can anyone please help me. I use a futaba 3gr 2.4 my problem is I only have to just touch the brake and I get full brake is there anyway of making the gap bigger between neutral and max brake. Throttle is the same only just have to touch it before it goes but it's not maximum till end of stick.

Thanks

Probably a stupid question, but I assume you've calibrated the TX to the speedo?
What speedo is it? Is the neutral range programmable on it?

Select Accl-Brk exp and alter it to a smaller percentage to get weaker braking.

Once you have reset handset you need to redo the speedo high and brake points.
