Default RC10 what model?

I've brought my sons RC10 down from the loft after about nearly 20 years and wonder what model it is?
It has a black floor pan with a 3 gear gearbox/ball diff.
Most of it follows the #6001 RC10 Classic kit instructions apart from the gearbox and clutch.

Are the new RC10 Classic parts imperial or metric, I need stuff like new bearings for the gear box and flanged ones for the rear wheels. A new shell wouldn't go amiss either.

Would it quailify for the oople series? running on Ni/Mh battery and a 20 year old modified motor.

My son used to race at Southport all those years ago.
Thanks in advance.

Without seeing pics I'm guessing but sounds like if it's a black tub chassis it's most likely to be a Stealth Team Car or could be the rarer Worlds kit.....more than likely a Team Car (kit #6036 I think). Does it have grey shocks with black top caps and white wheels?

Thanks,

Dan

Yes grey shocks with black tops, six spoke white wheels and a set of five spoke yellows. Also 2 BRCA racing licences for 95 and 96. Has Fiber lyte shock mounts and the white suspension arms are now black.

Thanks for the help guys, the diff needs to come out again as it looks like it is missing the spring, one of the washers and one of the balls. It works but doesn't feel right.
The gearbox bearings were stiff but had been sat still for nearly 20 years.

Wheelspinmodels in the uk carry quite a few spares, listed under other in the associated parts listings. Failing that tower hobbies in the USA have it pretty much covered.
