Default what ESC setting you guys use?

I noticed some of you moves really FAST down the straight... Do you use turbo / boost setting in your esc?

I can't speak for everyone but think you will find that's it's the combination between motor and the selected gearing giving the majority of speed. I run a 7.5T motor and selected the gearing according to the Durango (I run a DEX210) chart and motor manufacturer guidance. That gives me more than enough. I run the ESC in standard mode as any extra power would put me through the wall at the end of the straight

Of course if you are running a stock motor then the boost functions will assist. Just monitor any changes you make and the effect it has on the motor/ESC in terms of heat.

From memory most cars looked quick enough if you were running last night. Think any time lost or gained is made in the twisty technical parts of the track.

I'm using the Dualsky 870 speedo with a 6.5 motor, i have no boost or timing advance and the gearing stays the same for all of the tracks i race at.

No turbo or boost here, just 6deg of timing on the speedo.
