right first of it will be used for 2wd b4 mod class on grass, whats best to do, do i wait up to 3 months for a tekin rs (long wait backorders) or go for a castle mamba max pro. whats best to go for, i can pick up both esc for the same price only dif is mmpro is in stock. so im lost they both seem to do the same kinda thing, also got to bare in mind the esc will be used in my tc in the winter on carpet track. what does one do that the other doesnt, help me decide please/ thanks

IMHO the mamba stuff is more for "bashers" instead of racing, not that it's not a descent ESC, while the RS is more of a racer speedo. But keep in mind that it depends on the motor(s) you plan on mating with it, as the Tekin does allow for use with Sensored motors which tend to be smoother on-throttle.

was recently in canada and from what i could see the mmpro is a popular speedo over there. i have the mamba monster and the micro pro, they seem very good, both sensorless only though but you do need the castle link lead and software otherwise you will find it difficult to set up

Agreed quite difficult to set up without the lead, but not impossible. I have a mmpro in a b44 with an epic 6.5 works a treat. If you want it now get the mamba.

hi thanks for the replys, have also been recomend the xerun but not had much luck with hk orders atm, and double price for the speed passions, is the tekin a lot better and worth the wait? cheers

i would get the xerun or the mamba max pro the mamba is the best out of them all i have seen them in cars with a 5.5 with no fan
