Sanding tyres

Hi I've two sets of foams for my carisma rally car and the tyres I have grp foams are to big in diameter
So I need to sand them down now with out going down the route of a tyre sander is there another way of doing this
Any advice is welcome thanks

Evening.

I had a similar problem with my 1/10 foams I put them on the wheel so they were correct on the inside and then got a Stanley knife new and sharp. Turned car on and had someone throttle a little and held blade against. Tyre absolute perfect cut and fit.
