ZX5 Shorty Conversion

After seeing some of the shorty conversions appearing recently it got me thinking that my lazer ZX5 was a prime candidate for this as the motor is more rear mounted and all that really needed doing was to swap the servo to the other side. So one cheap second hand shorty later I decided to have a go. I'm still to tidy the wiring up but you get the idea:


And a 50g brass weight down the middle to get it up to 1595g


Can't wait to race it on Friday and see what difference it makes
