Default New Naza Firmware

Naza M v2 Firmware 3.16 and naza assistant 2.16 are out now:

Upgraded and flew mine tonight. Had to re-input and re-set all naza settings, re-calibrated IMU and GPS/Compass. Flew lovely afterwards. Much quicker/improved startup times also over the last few versions.
