has anyone seen these!

Turnigy TD10

a $69.99 Touring car from hobbyking?

Looks to have everything you need to start club racing, and it also comes as a kit! It even has 2 oil filled gear diffs.

It looks similar to a Sakura S but it there does look to be some differences.
