Default SC10RS Wheels & Tyres

Hi, just started racing this season with my SC10RS and I'm looking to buy an extra set of wheels and tyres but not sure which way to go doesn't seem to be that much choice out there, what does everyone else run?

Was thinking maybe DE Racing Trinidad wheels because of the 3mm offset and Dboots Nannobyte tyres?

all zero offset 12mm wheels should fit,

so any for sc104x4 and Losi/TLR Ten SCTE or 22SCT should also fit.

De Racing wheels are good, proline have a range for zero offset too.

As for tyres, Nanobytes are more of an indoor carpet tyre, for astro you are better off with Schumacher Blue minispikes on front and Yellow minispikes on rear, or Fastrax Kourse Kings all round are fine and will last longer if you are just beginning.

It is normal to trim off/dremel 1 or 2 outside rows of spikes from front tyres to prevent grip roll and speed steering up

If you are in Lincolnshire then try A1 Hobbies in Grantham, they carry a lot of SCT stock/spares etc so will be able to sort you out with right wheels and tyres. (01476 579393)
